Episode 279: Should Christian Conferences Charge for Their Worship Services

Standard

This Past Week, the Church of God had its Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado.  Some people were complaining that they were not able to access the General Worship Sessions because it was behind a paywall.  Scott and Micah begin to ask whether conferences should charge for those who simply want to watch the worship services.  We discuss some of the challenges, legality on why services or behind a paywall (or if it’s a cash grab), and theorize why the Church of God is bad at communication.
